Manage a varied probate caseload including grant-only and estate administration, act as key client contact, support wills, trusts and IHT work, develop scalable legal processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to ad hoc projects in a fast-growing, tech-enabled legal team.

Implement and run operational systems for Customer and Bookings teams: build tracking, dashboards and reporting; optimise processes to improve efficiency, productivity and KPIs; partner with frontline and leadership to drive commercial and customer-experience outcomes.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder: manage calendar and emails, handle payroll/invoices/expenses, organise events and office operations, lead culture and team-building activities, and execute ad hoc projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
