Draft and review wills, LPAs, and estate planning documents based on client instructions. Ensure accuracy, clarity, legal compliance, confidentiality, and data security while supporting clients through sensitive planning processes. Provide administrative assistance, collaborate with legal and estate planning teams, and develop expertise in will-writing regulations, inheritance law, and private client services through training and mentorship.

Support preparation and review of wills, LPAs and estate planning documents; assist with registrations, client queries, compliance checks and administrative tasks while learning estate planning, regulations and best practices under senior legal mentorship.

Own Octopus Legacy’s pre-registration organic growth engine across brand, content, PR, partnerships, influencers, events, and campaigns. Develop and optimize creative across SEO, social, advertising, websites, and landing pages; analyze performance and improve lead volume, CPA, and registration rates. Manage campaigns end to end, build company and founder visibility, secure media and podcast opportunities, write award submissions, and develop strategic partnerships. This is a hands-on role requiring strong copywriting, creative judgment, data confidence, and rapid execution.
