Support preparation and review of wills, LPAs and estate planning documents; assist with registrations, client queries, compliance checks and administrative tasks while learning estate planning, regulations and best practices under senior legal mentorship.

Own Octopus Legacy’s pre-registration organic growth engine across brand, content, PR, partnerships, influencers, events, and campaigns. Develop and optimize creative across SEO, social, advertising, websites, and landing pages; analyze performance and improve lead volume, CPA, and registration rates. Manage campaigns end to end, build company and founder visibility, secure media and podcast opportunities, write award submissions, and develop strategic partnerships. This is a hands-on role requiring strong copywriting, creative judgment, data confidence, and rapid execution.

Build and optimize post-registration and post-purchase lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and direct mail. Responsibilities include customer segmentation, milestone-triggered communications, experimentation, predictive modeling, retention and referral optimization, and improving customer lifetime value. The role collaborates with product, sales, and design while independently executing campaigns and measuring conversion, retention, satisfaction, and referral performance.
