Manage end-to-end onboarding for business customers joining the Octopus Fleet platform. Provide first-line operational support, complete compliance and KYB verification tasks, maintain accurate CRM records, assist with reporting, and communicate customer feedback to product and technology teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, customer focus, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced EV scale-up environment.

Integrate third-party systems, internal applications, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 with Databricks. Build reusable data products, internal applications, and AI-enabled workflows for fund management, asset management, and finance. Establish access, security, cost-management, deployment, and documentation standards while consolidating legacy workflows and partnering with central data platform teams.

Support Electroverse EV charging customers through email and online chat, handling sign-up questions, card requests, app feedback, and technical issues. Monitor operational communications, represent the brand on social media, stay informed about product releases, and provide customer insights to improve the service. The role requires strong written communication, organization, adaptability, customer empathy, and willingness to learn EV technology.
