Own revenue targets and go-to-market strategy, oversee service delivery and prescribed roles (MLRO/Deputy MLRO/CCO), drive operational excellence and tech adoption, manage multi-jurisdictional teams, and develop the compliance product catalogue while ensuring regulatory alignment and client-focused solutions.
