Leads a RevOps Data Analyst team and revenue analytics capability. Responsibilities include managing analytical priorities, producing commercial insights, supporting forecasting and planning, owning dashboards and reporting, governing metrics and data quality, and partnering with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and RevOps stakeholders. The role also supports CRM, BI, and data-platform transformation across legacy businesses while translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations for senior commercial leaders.

Leads a customer success team of four while managing key accounts directly. Drives customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and annual renewals through relationship management, proactive problem-solving, customer health monitoring, and collaboration with account managers and internal teams. Uses CRM and customer success tools to track metrics and manage multiple complex accounts in a technology or SaaS environment.

Manage and grow strategic maritime technology accounts by maintaining executive relationships, driving renewals, negotiating contracts, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Develop account plans, stakeholder maps, ROI proposals, and business cases while collaborating with sales, revenue operations, deal desk, and customer engagement teams. The role requires professional French and English, maritime technology experience, strong account management expertise, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
