Supports maritime software sales by leading product demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-value trials, technical presentations, and opportunity qualification. Assesses customer needs, use cases, KPIs, ROI, and technology fit while contributing to RFPs, proposals, pricing, competitive analysis, and contract reviews. Coordinates pre-sales handover to onboarding and deployment teams and supports early customer adoption and training. Requires strong maritime expertise and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

Leads post-merger integration and strategic programmes from planning through benefits realization. Establishes governance, reporting, risk controls, and delivery discipline while partnering with executives on business transformation, operating model redesign, process improvement, and organizational change. Tracks synergies, cost savings, and performance targets; leads cross-functional teams and third-party partners. Requires strong stakeholder management, commercial and financial acumen, communication, influencing, and programme management expertise.

Own post-sale customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. Drive product adoption, define success criteria, run business reviews, monitor health scores, mitigate churn, manage escalations, and support upsell in partnership with Account Management.

Act as strategic finance partner to Sales, Marketing and Product leaders. Lead budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis (CAC/LTV, cohort analysis, ROI). Track ARR, churn, renewals, product profitability, and pipeline. Build dashboards, support pricing, deal desk and incentive design, and drive cross-functional projects for market expansion and product launches.

Lead a multi-year consolidation and standardisation of OneOcean's internal business systems. Own strategy, roadmap, integration, data consistency, vendor management, budgets, and delivery across Finance, Revenue, Customer Ops, Marketing and IT to create a single scalable platform and eliminate legacy duplication.
