Leads people, capability, capacity, and resource planning for a robotics and autonomy engineering group. Responsibilities include line management, performance development, recruitment, retention, workload allocation, succession planning, and resolving resource constraints across projects. The manager partners with team leads and product teams to maintain delivery quality and team health while building a scalable engineering organization.

Lead technical direction and hands-on development for full-stack products across C#/.NET, Node/TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL. Own architecture, delivery planning, code quality, backend design, and feature delivery while collaborating with Product, Design, and QA. Mentor engineers, facilitate Agile ceremonies, review code, document processes, and promote AI-assisted development and engineering best practices.

Design, build, and integrate production robotics software for uncrewed marine vessels. Develop ROS2 control, navigation, and motion-planning systems; integrate sensors, actuators, PLCs, and embedded controllers; support testing and field deployments; debug deployed systems; improve observability and CI/CD; and provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and architecture guidance.
