Leads large-scale transformation programmes focused on HR transformation, organisational design, culture change, target operating models, and strategic people initiatives. Responsibilities include executive stakeholder management, programme governance, change management, workstream coordination, budget and resource planning, and developing transformation roadmaps across a complex operational network.

Own and execute the enterprise data platform strategy, translating logistics objectives into product roadmaps and measurable business outcomes. Bridge data engineering, analytics, and business leadership while driving data quality, lineage, contracts, governance, and catalog adoption. Manage brownfield architectures, balance scalability with operational needs, and leverage cloud data warehouse capabilities such as BigQuery to improve the logistics technology ecosystem.

Lead a 12-month project to consolidate multiple data sources, identify root causes of order damages, and build statistical and machine-learning models. Deliver actionable insights, visualisations and reports to influence stakeholders, implement corrective actions, and mentor other data scientists.
