Lead Ocado Group’s global tax function, driving compliance, governance, transfer pricing and IFRS reporting while embedding AI, automation and data workflows. Provide strategic tax advice, manage tax risk, external tax relationships, and deliver tax optimisation and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians and trainees at a 24/7 automated Customer Fulfilment Centre. Allocate workload, assess and develop staff, make critical operational decisions, maintain standards, and support mechanical and electrical automation hardware and software while ensuring safety and shift coverage.
