Configure and implement Objectway software, migrate data from legacy systems into SQL Server, deploy/configure portfolio management and CRM software, optimize SQL Server performance, produce SQL-based reports, test releases, and collaborate with Functional Consultants to meet customer requirements.

Configure, deploy and support the Client Engage CRM (Dynamics 365); migrate data from legacy systems; provide second-line technical support; test releases; produce SQL/SQL Reporting outputs; create and maintain technical documentation; collaborate with functional consultants to implement customer requirements.

Act as product owner/SME for wealth management software: gather and translate business requirements, manage backlog and user stories, support implementations, liaise with customers, work with development and QA through full SDLC, monitor regulatory impacts and customer adoption, and participate in presales activities.
