The Creative Design Lead will manage branding and design at OakNorth, overseeing a team and ensuring high-quality visuals across various channels, including digital and marketing assets, while integrating AI tools into the production workflow.

Lead OakNorth's Internal Audit as the third line of defence, developing and delivering a risk-based audit plan across credit, technology, data, AI, and regulatory risks. Oversee audit execution, co-sourced providers, and reporting to the Board and Audit Committee while ensuring compliance with UK and relevant US regulatory expectations.

Create engaging and well-researched content across Lending, Business Banking, and Personal Savings, translating complex topics into clear narratives. Collaborate with teams to produce editorial content and maintain OakNorth's tone.
