Design and implement high-performance backend services (Elixir/Phoenix), operate and evolve the managed cloud platform on Kubernetes/AWS, build declarative infrastructure with IaC and GitOps, improve observability and reliability, and collaborate remotely with periodic in-person meetings to support document processing workflows at scale.
