Build customer-specific document solutions from discovery through production, integrating Nutrient’s platform with enterprise systems and infrastructure. Deliver working prototypes quickly, measure outcomes against agreed scorecards, support sales engagements, and convert successful implementations into reusable product capabilities. The role requires strong software engineering, customer communication, cloud and infrastructure skills, production LLM experience, and comfort working in ambiguous, regulated environments with meaningful customer-site travel.

Build and operate high-performance backend systems and distributed services using Elixir and Phoenix. Design declarative infrastructure with Terraform, Terramate, FluxCD, Kubernetes, and Helm; manage AWS cloud workloads, cluster upgrades, GitOps workflows, observability, and databases. Collaborate with a remote engineering team on architecture, product development, debugging, reliability, and customer success.

Own a territory and drive net-new mid-market and enterprise business from prospecting through contract close. Responsibilities include outbound pipeline generation, inbound qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, pricing negotiation, forecasting, Salesforce management, and post-sale coordination with Customer Success and Marketing. The role requires consultative selling, strong closing ability, technical product communication, territory management, and consistent quota attainment in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
