Drive non-recurring Advanced Analytics revenue by identifying upsell opportunities within existing panel clients. Build go-to-market and cold outreach plans, develop senior client relationships, triage inbound leads, design solutions with Analytics, and partner with Client Services and BDRs to meet sales targets while coaching junior staff.

Leads Numerator’s global Unilever client service team, driving revenue growth, account expansion, client satisfaction, and strategic impact. The role manages senior stakeholder relationships across consumer insights, marketing, and commercial functions; oversees global data delivery; develops teams; identifies scalable commercial opportunities; and coordinates global, regional, and local teams across multiple markets.

Leads the Usage consumer insights team, setting strategic direction, managing client relationships, presenting consumer-data insights to senior audiences, developing services, supporting commercial growth, and overseeing team performance and data quality.
