Builds senior client relationships, oversees integrated scientific communications programs, manages budgets and profitability, identifies account growth opportunities, and supports business development. Leads and develops Client Services teams while partnering with Scientific Services, Editorial, Digital, Creative, Operations, and senior leadership to drive operational excellence, innovation, and exceptional client outcomes.

Manage global Medical Affairs and medical communications projects from brief through delivery. Coordinate clients, scientific experts, and internal scientific, editorial, creative, digital, and client services teams. Responsibilities include project planning, timeline and budget management, forecasting, invoicing, scope control, risk mitigation, and client meeting support. The role builds pharmaceutical client relationships and contributes to strategic discussions and improved account delivery.
