The Account Manager will oversee communications projects, maintain client relations, deliver scientific services, and contribute to team success while meeting client expectations.

The Account Manager will oversee publication-focused projects in medical communications, manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication, while ensuring high scientific standards are met.

Manage end-to-end publications projects (abstracts, posters, manuscripts, congress deliverables). Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines; coordinate stakeholders; run client calls; identify risks and out-of-scope work; and build client and internal relationships to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Manage medical communications projects for medical affairs deliverables, coordinate timelines and resources, serve as client-facing contact, track budgets and forecasts, work with writers and account teams, identify risks and propose solutions, and contribute process improvements.

Manage day-to-day delivery of publications and medical affairs projects (oncology focus), ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets. Liaise with clients, authors, editorial teams, subject-matter experts and cross-functional internal teams. Provide project management, financial forecasting, client relationship building, and mentorship to junior staff while identifying account growth opportunities.

Manage complex Medical Affairs programs and KOL engagement, overseeing meetings, financial development, and mentorship while ensuring effective client communication.
