Leads NTT DATA’s London Client Experience Centre briefing program, managing executive engagement strategy, agenda design, event execution, content quality, budgets, vendors, scheduling systems, and post-engagement reporting. The role advises account and sales teams, delivers C-suite experiences, coaches briefing staff, coordinates events and hospitality, tracks KPIs, and drives continuous improvement. It also supports executive communications, public relations, media relations, analyst relations, and senior stakeholder alignment.

Leads client-facing data engineering delivery using Databricks and cloud platforms. Develops batch and streaming pipelines, designs lakehouse and medallion architectures, models and optimizes data with Delta Lake, and establishes governance, security, quality, and CI/CD practices. Collaborates with architects, engineers, analysts, and executive stakeholders while mentoring engineering teams and contributing reusable technical assets and best practices.
