Develop and execute regional sales strategy, identify and convert new business, manage key accounts, deliver technical-commercial proposals, collaborate with engineering, record activity in CRM, and travel to customer sites ~2-3 days/week.

Lead and execute multidisciplinary engineering for large EPC projects, overseeing process, electrical, I&C, mechanical, piping layout, 3D modeling and structure. Provide technical guidance, prioritize engineering tasks, interface with procurement and fabrication, and support project/tender managers to meet technical and commercial milestones across teams of 40–100+ and multi‑million dollar budgets.
