Improve Nous’s operational systems, workflows, tools, automations, and processes as the company scales. Responsibilities include supporting members, identifying repeated work and failure points, documenting procedures, building AI-assisted automations, investigating root causes, and collaborating with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to create robust, scalable workflows.

Own high-volume reconciliations, invoicing, payments, finance operations, month-end close, management accounts, controls, and audit preparation. Build automated finance workflows using data and AI tooling, maintain accurate financial records, and partner with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. This controller-track role also supports investor reporting and finance infrastructure for geographic and product expansion.

Own the business intelligence function for a fast-growing consumer business. Establish canonical metric definitions, maintain dbt and Omni models, build reconciliation and data-quality checks, create trusted self-service reporting, and lead commercial analytics covering unit economics, LTV, CAC, payback, cohorts, and retention. Partner with Finance, Growth, Commercial, Operations, Product, senior leadership, and the board while governing data access, PII, pipeline spend, and AI-enabled analytical workflows.
