Leads and develops a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering complex enterprise implementations across EMEA. Oversees technical discovery, architecture, custom code, AI agents, integrations, automations, data pipelines, migrations, launches, and customer handoffs. Advises senior customer stakeholders, manages delivery risks and staffing, partners with Sales, Product, CX, and Engineering, and establishes scalable delivery standards, hiring practices, quality processes, and reusable technical assets.

Own and grow Notion's UK partner ecosystem across VARs, hyperscalers, and local services. Build joint go-to-market programs, manage cloud marketplace and co-sell motions, align partner activity to sales pipeline, track partner-sourced pipeline, and maintain executive partner relationships. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, qualify inbound partnerships, support partner-delivered services, and adapt global programs to the UK market while working closely with sales, marketing, and regional leadership.

Own full-cycle GTM recruiting across EMEA (with emphasis on Sales): source, assess, and close diverse talent; partner with stakeholders to scale hiring processes and leverage AI/tools for data-driven recruiting.
