Own the full post-sales lifecycle for EMEA customers, including onboarding, adoption, business reviews, renewals, and upsells. Manage commercial relationships, pricing negotiations, and customer growth while serving as a technical contact for API integrations, transaction data, and webhooks. Guide customers through Travel Rule and stablecoin payment programs, monitor usage and risk, maintain HubSpot records, provide market feedback, and support occasional on-call duties.

Lead the development of Notabene Flow's payment authorization features, prioritize customer needs, collaborate with engineering and GTM teams, and track performance metrics for success.
