Own a from-scratch rebuild of Nory's mobile app using React Native and TypeScript, ensuring reliability on low-spec devices and poor connectivity. Set architecture, design system, and migration plan, ship an MVP, integrate AI agents to speed development, and grow the codebase into a platform for cross-functional teams while maintaining high UX and reliability standards.

Build and maintain backend-first full-stack systems powering scheduling, forecasting and embedded analytics. Ship production APIs, data pipelines and customer-facing features, collaborate with data scientists, engage customers, and iterate on ML-driven forecasting and insights.

The Staff Engineer will tackle complex problems in backend and product development, guiding technical direction, driving cross-team alignment, and enhancing team effectiveness while promoting system-wide improvements.
