Leads complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple projects and workstreams. Responsibilities include establishing governance, roadmaps, integrated plans, delivery cadence, and decision forums; managing scope, dependencies, risks, resources, costs, and milestones; coordinating business, product, technology, operations, and control stakeholders; supporting pilots, implementation, adoption, executive reporting, benefit tracking, and operational transition. The initial program focuses on AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with future assignments potentially spanning strategic, regulatory, product, data, digital, and change initiatives.

Leads business analysis across complex projects and interconnected workstreams, defining analysis approaches, requirements, processes, controls, testing, and implementation readiness. Facilitates senior stakeholder workshops, evaluates AI and automation opportunities, resolves conflicting requirements, develops recommendations, coordinates cross-functional analysis, supports testing and adoption, and coaches other analysts. The role operates autonomously in ambiguous environments and contributes to operating models, governance, and value measurement.
