Oversee, review and sign off financial accounts and reporting deliverables for UK funds produced in other jurisdictions. Approve XD working papers and distributions, ensure compliance with SORP/COLL and accounting standards, liaise with trustees, custodians, auditors and clients, meet KPI deadlines, and drive process improvements and training.

Manage and optimise institutional equity securities lending portfolios and support build-out of equity total return swap products. Execute lending and swap trades, monitor risk, collateral, and P&L, engage counterparties and clients, produce reporting and market commentary, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve controls, automation, and product development.

Serve as central client contact for institutional fund clients, managing transaction processing, account setup, reporting accuracy and escalations. Build trusted relationships, coordinate with internal teams, identify service improvements and business opportunities, mentor junior staff, document procedures, and communicate product, technology, or regulatory changes. Ensure delivery and client satisfaction across global time zones.
