Manage Trade and Transaction Reporting initiatives across business analysis, project delivery, regulatory change, requirements definition, testing, and rollout. Provides compensation consulting and strategic advice to business leaders and HR partners. Develops pay recommendations, conducts job evaluations and market-pricing analyses, supports pay equity and compensation governance, and translates complex data into executive-ready recommendations. Leads and supports global annual compensation cycles, including planning, testing, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution. Requires strong analytical, consulting, communication, project management, and change management skills.

Leads UK Transfer Agency operations across the UK, Ireland, and India, overseeing service delivery, fund administration processes, controls, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, client escalations, transformation, workforce planning, budgets, and talent management. Acts as a senior escalation point and strategic partner to executive leadership while ensuring scalable, controlled, and high-quality investor servicing across multi-location teams.
