Leads innovation within the Enterprise Change Management Office by identifying AI and automation opportunities, designing future-state operating models, developing prototypes and production solutions, and driving enterprise adoption. Oversees innovation frameworks, policies, controls, roadmaps, integrations, feedback loops, and measurable value realization while partnering with business, technology, risk, architecture, engineering, and organizational change teams.

Leads the strategic direction, roadmap, development, commercial growth, and delivery of Northern Trust’s EMEA Asset Servicing product suite. Oversees regional product teams, partners with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders, drives innovation and transformation, supports cloud initiatives, and represents the organization with clients and industry forums.

Leads enterprise change management programs across business units and regions, establishing governance standards and managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics. Facilitates steering committees, coordinates organizational change communications, ensures legal, compliance, procurement, and technology involvement, and drives implementation and continuous improvement. The role also oversees financial forecasting, planning, stakeholder accountability, and rollout of new ECM offerings.
