Mentor engineers, enforce engineering standards, collaborate with product and global teams, and improve observability, resilience, and release reliability for enterprise-scale systems.

Lead and oversee global KYC/EDD controls and processes, act as subject-matter expert advising on AML/KYC, support a multi-year KYC transformation, manage oversight, risk escalations, regulatory exams and reporting, and drive centralization and efficiency across first- and second-line teams.

Support daily asset allocation and portfolio rebalancing for DC clients, investigate client and internal queries, maintain procedures and controls, analyse data for discrepancies and improvements, support reporting and monitoring, assist technology/process enhancements, and collaborate across teams to deliver accurate operational and client outcomes.
