Leads innovation within the Enterprise Change Management Office by identifying AI and automation opportunities, designing future-state operating models, developing prototypes and production solutions, and driving enterprise adoption. Requires expertise across application or infrastructure architectures, strong communication and project management skills, and knowledge of multiple programming languages including Assembler.

Leads the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise third-party risk management programs. Responsibilities include developing risk methodologies, operating models, controls, documentation, reporting, training, gap analyses, regulatory impact guidance, and technology enablement. The role coordinates global business units, manages stakeholder relationships, supports system implementations, prioritizes process automation requirements, and serves as a subject matter expert for third-party risk, issue and incident management, and regulatory compliance.

Leads complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple projects and workstreams. Responsibilities include establishing governance, roadmaps, integrated plans, delivery cadence, and decision forums; managing scope, dependencies, risks, resources, costs, and milestones; coordinating business, product, technology, operations, and control stakeholders; supporting pilots, implementation, adoption, executive reporting, benefit tracking, and operational transition. Lead enterprise data modelling and semantic/knowledge modelling across Snowflake and Databricks, govern canonical entities and lineage, define standards and guardrails, support agentic AI data products, mentor architects, and present architecture to stakeholders to ensure compliance, performance, and interoperability.

Perform credit risk audit coverage across Finance, Treasury & Markets and CAO activities. Assess controls for credit origination, limits, CECL, stress testing, netting, SCCL and RWA. Execute end-to-end audit engagements, document findings, liaise with senior leaders and regulators, and support knowledge sharing and internal training. Use data manipulation, transformation and reconciliation to validate controls and deliver timely, high-quality assurance.

Lead digital asset risk oversight by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across blockchain protocols, custody, smart contracts, tokenisation, and DeFi. Develop risk frameworks, KRIs, reporting, and governance; partner with legal, compliance, technology, and security to address operational, cyber, third-party, and regulatory risks; advise senior management and support regulatory readiness.

Lead UK localisation and enhancement of Northern Trust's insurance investment accounting product. Ensure UK GAAP/IFRS17/Solvency II/SORP compliance, design UK reporting and operational model, support client acquisition/onboarding, oversee integrations and month-end processes, produce UK-compliant reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product improvements and client engagement.

Oversee, review and sign off financial accounts and reporting deliverables for UK funds produced in other jurisdictions. Approve XD working papers and distributions, ensure compliance with SORP/COLL and accounting standards, liaise with trustees, custodians, auditors and clients, meet KPI deadlines, and drive process improvements and training.

Manage and optimise institutional equity securities lending portfolios and support build-out of equity total return swap products. Execute lending and swap trades, monitor risk, collateral, and P&L, engage counterparties and clients, produce reporting and market commentary, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve controls, automation, and product development.

Lead and oversee global KYC/EDD controls and processes, act as subject-matter expert advising on AML/KYC, support a multi-year KYC transformation, manage oversight, risk escalations, regulatory exams and reporting, and drive centralization and efficiency across first- and second-line teams.
