Greet and guide showroom customers, book and manage appointments, support Kitchen Sales Designers through the customer journey, demonstrate product knowledge, identify sales opportunities, and help meet showroom sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Drive new business and grow existing public sector accounts (housing associations, contractors, frameworks). Generate pipeline, lead tender submissions, deliver account reviews and KPI-driven insights, collaborate cross-functionally, represent the business at events, and maintain CRM data and accurate forecasts.

Act as brand ambassador for Magnet within a Selco concession, build and maintain trade accounts, generate leads, open new accounts, drive kitchen sales, collaborate with store and design teams, maintain product knowledge, and grow local brand awareness to meet sales targets.
