Own day-to-day execution of trade compliance for jewellery shipments across US/UK/EU: prepare documentation, apply classifications, manage customs brokers, monitor duties, run duty drawback program, ensure import bond compliance, partner with manufacturers and Legal to scale compliant processes.

Build and support Nivoda’s go-to-market infrastructure through integrations, event flows, automations, and services. Translate stakeholder needs into reliable technical solutions across Salesforce, GTM tools, Snowflake, and enrichment systems. Apply APIs, webhooks, queues, workflows, testing, monitoring, version control, and safe deployment practices while handling failures, retries, duplicates, and recovery documentation.

Own Nivoda’s net-new customer acquisition and demand generation strategy as a hands-on individual contributor. Manage Google and Meta campaigns, develop scalable paid and organic channels, run account-based programs, and use value-led content and tools to generate qualified jeweller leads. Partner with data, GTM engineering, and SDR teams to improve attribution, conversion, and revenue measurement. Test, scale, or discontinue initiatives based on performance, with potential to build and lead a future growth team.
