Leads strategic finance for a B2B marketplace, owning budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, board and investor reporting, lender reporting, financing models, cohort economics, profitability analysis, and capital allocation. Partners with senior leaders on commercial and operational decisions, manages the finance team, establishes reporting processes and data standards, and oversees tools including Snowflake, NetSuite, ThoughtSpot, Claude, and the modeling stack.

Provide multilingual customer support through live chat, WhatsApp, email, and calls. Resolve logistics, order, website, and other client issues while meeting response and resolution KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally to address root causes, represent customer needs internally, onboard and train new hires, coach colleagues, manage escalations, and support daily operations.
