Monitor and investigate security alerts, coordinate incident response, maintain security technologies, manage vulnerability scanning, support penetration testing, strengthen identity and access controls, maintain the ISMS, support audits, assess supplier risks, and deliver security awareness activities. The role also provides security guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders and participates in out-of-hours incident response when required.

Leads Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and BI teams while overseeing applications, integrations, APIs, EDI, automation services, data warehouses, reporting platforms, and analytics. Drives technology initiatives, engineering standards, release processes, data governance, system reliability, stakeholder alignment, supplier relationships, and continuous improvement across business-critical platforms.

Supports business-critical applications across retail, eCommerce, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, finance, and customer operations. Responsibilities include resolving incidents and service requests, administering ERP and OMS platforms, supporting integrations and data workflows, testing patches, coordinating with vendors and technical teams, implementing approved changes, and identifying system improvements. The role also provides stakeholder support, monitors operational workflows, and participates in on-call coverage.
