Leads UK Territory business integration for Nike’s EMEA organization. Owns seasonal Code orchestration, operating cadence, governance, planning calendars, and cross-functional accountability. Translates global and regional concepts into locally relevant marketplace activation plans across digital, retail, wholesale, Nike Direct, and key cities. Partners with territory leadership, marketing, sales, and sport teams to align priorities, improve decision-making, establish success measures, and drive execution excellence.

Lead Nike Running brand strategy and marketing execution across the UK and Ireland. Translate global direction into locally relevant campaigns, activations, partnerships, community experiences, and retail initiatives. Build London’s running ecosystem, gather consumer insights, manage external relationships, oversee budgets and timelines, and lead cross-functional teams. Develop one direct report while driving cultural relevance, consumer engagement, and business impact.

Provides administrative support to the Converse European Senior Commercial Director and sales team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, event planning, team-building activities, expense reports, budget tracking, invoice and purchase order processing, travel coordination, document preparation, and executive communications. The role requires strong organization, prioritization, communication, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools.
