Own the vision, roadmap, commercial performance, and product organization for NIQ Digital Shelf, an e-commerce analytics solution. Lead global Product Owners and UX designers while partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, Customer Success, and Marketing. Drive strategy, prioritization, delivery, pricing, adoption, revenue growth, client satisfaction, AI-enabled innovation, and executive client engagement across digital shelf and e-commerce analytics.

Leads complex NielsenIQ sales engagements with UK government and public-sector clients, including tenders, bids, frameworks, renewals, and new business. Develops commercial and go-to-market strategies, builds senior stakeholder relationships, manages pipelines and forecasts, closes multimillion-pound contracts, and coordinates cross-functional teams. The role also identifies growth opportunities, represents customer needs internally, supports policy-area expertise, and delivers revenue and margin targets in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Provides legal counsel on AI and data-driven product development, responsible AI governance, global privacy and AI regulations, risk assessments, product documentation, and commercial contracting. Negotiates AI, data use, licensing, privacy, and vendor agreements while advising product, engineering, sales, procurement, and compliance teams. Develops policies, training, governance materials, and audit procedures to manage legal, privacy, cybersecurity, and data risks across global AI product lifecycles.
