Success is measured by revenue and margin achievement, client conversion, proposal quality, product visibility, and team engagement.

Manage client relationships from onboarding through renewal, helping FMCG and ecommerce clients maximize value from digital shelf solutions. Build strategic stakeholder relationships, develop measurable use cases, lead thought leadership initiatives, identify upsell opportunities, create account growth and renewal plans, co-create client roadmaps, maintain CRM documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally on process improvements.
