Maintains and supports large-scale AWS, datacenter, and production infrastructure across Windows, Linux, VMware, and physical platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, resolving incidents, administering enterprise services, patching and provisioning servers, managing identity and access, optimizing performance, supporting capacity planning, and participating in on-call operations. The role also includes datacenter hardware activities, vendor coordination, security compliance, and infrastructure automation.

Owns a portfolio of customer accounts, building trusted relationships and serving as the link between customer priorities and internal delivery, governance, product, and technical teams. Responsibilities include business reviews, escalations, stakeholder engagement, adoption and ROI communication, risk and opportunity management, renewals, expansion conversations, and customer advocacy. The role also requires learning AI-driven capabilities, influencing customer success practices, and traveling for important customer and partner engagements.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and tooling to provision and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure. Build Python-based IaC generation with Jinja2 and Terraform, maintain Puppet modules for Linux/Windows, develop PowerShell automation for Windows/AD, integrate automation with CI/CD, implement testing for infrastructure code, and partner with platform teams to drive operational excellence and documentation.
