Senior legal leader providing comprehensive legal and regulatory support across EMEA and APAC. Advise regional leadership and Go-to-Market teams on commercial contracts, corporate matters, compliance, privacy, labor, litigation, procurement, and real estate; negotiate strategic transactions; manage external counsel, budgets, and regional legal entities; implement regulatory requirements and support risk, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and programmatic IaC (Python, Jinja2, Terraform). Build Puppet and PowerShell automation for mixed Linux/Windows environments, integrate automation with CI/CD, implement testing strategies, and partner with cloud/platform teams to standardize and operationalize infrastructure at scale.

Lead client-facing consulting and training engagements for NICE contact center solutions, driving product adoption, performance improvement, ROI, and client satisfaction across workforce management, automation, and quality domains. Support account growth and deliver measurable transformation through configuration, KPI analysis, presentations, and on-site/remote delivery.
