Manage a portfolio (up to ~20) of enterprise customers across Europe, driving adoption via Nexthink's DEX methodology. Own success plans, value tracking, executive business reviews, renewals and expansion. Serve as trusted advisor to CIO-level stakeholders, run DEX workshops, escalate risks, collaborate with Sales/Product/Support, and keep CRM updated to ensure retention and growth.

Leads Nexthink’s global indirect procurement strategy, category management organization, sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, governance, and procure-to-pay capabilities. Partners with executive stakeholders across business functions to deliver savings, manage supplier risk, improve performance, and support growth. Develops Category Managers, establishes procurement KPIs, strengthens processes and systems including NetSuite, and builds scalable procurement operating models across international markets.

Lead and grow Nexthink's partner ecosystem across Europe: set channel strategy, build executive partner relationships, drive partner recruitment and enablement, coach regional channel team, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success, and deliver measurable revenue and pipeline growth.
