The Business Development Manager will convert SDR leads into sales, engage with AI decision-makers, self-generate leads, conduct discovery calls on GPU infrastructure, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Provide high-trust executive support to the CRO and CFO: manage complex multi-timezone diaries and inboxes, coordinate board meetings and offsites, prepare board packs and investor materials, arrange travel and expenses, take minutes, support ad hoc strategic projects, and optimise executive support processes.

Lead new logo acquisition across the US and UK, targeting large enterprise, HPC, and AI model/application builders. Own identification, pursuit, and negotiation of complex multi-year GPU cluster deals, maintain executive-level relationships, and align commercial contracts with Legal, Finance, and delivery teams.
