Provide global legal counsel on commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment law, regulatory compliance, privacy, AI, and risk management. Draft and negotiate agreements, maintain legal templates and policies, coordinate corporate approvals and filings, support disputes and M&A, advise senior leaders, and manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Leads product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Performance Cloud solutions. Translates complex infrastructure capabilities into business value, develops buyer personas and sales enablement, supports product launches, conducts market and customer research, and drives competitive differentiation. Partners with Product, Sales, and executive teams on revenue initiatives, pricing, and thought leadership. Manages and develops a high-performing Product Marketing team while improving organizational alignment and execution.

Design scalable cloud, hybrid cloud, and bare-metal infrastructure solutions for customers across multiple industries. Conduct technical discovery, select products, create architecture documentation, deliver presentations and demos, support sales onboarding, and communicate product roadmap improvements. Coordinate stock availability and deployment timelines with vendors and supply chain teams while staying current with hosting infrastructure technologies. The role is primarily office-based in Guildford, with customer-site and sales-event travel.
