Graduate planning consultant supporting site appraisals, planning applications, policy research, planning statements, client reports, and multidisciplinary development projects. The role includes site visits, liaison with clients and planning authorities, project record management, and structured training toward Chartered Town Planner status through the RTPI.

Supports Oracle HCM and connected HR systems by resolving issues, assisting with configurations and implementations, producing reports and dashboards, validating HR data, and improving employee lifecycle processes. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and global teams on system changes, documentation, communications, data governance, reconciliations, and continuous improvement.

Supports planning and development consultancy projects through site visits, development appraisals, planning applications, policy research, planning statements, client reports, and project data management. The role involves liaising with clients, planning authorities, architects, and multidisciplinary teams while developing toward Chartered Town Planner status through structured training and mentoring.
