The role also contributes to reporting enhancements and business change initiatives.

Leads strategic aggregator marketing partnerships and owns partner-led customer acquisition strategy. Manages joint roadmaps, budgets, performance targets, funnel optimization, product visibility, commercial agreements, and risk controls. Uses conversion, acquisition cost, and funnel data to improve campaign and partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and inform customer journey enhancements. Collaborates with commercial, product, legal, and compliance teams while monitoring competitive trends and delivering ongoing improvements.

Lead the design and delivery of GenAI solutions, leveraging LLMs and RAG architectures while integrating with enterprise systems. Focus on production-grade implementations and collaboration across teams for digital transformation efforts.
