Own complex technical problems from design to production, write maintainable C# code, drive CI/CD and DevOps practices, mentor engineers, and shape microservices/event-driven and event-sourced architectures to improve reliability and developer experience.

Develops and optimizes credit risk strategies for new customer acquisition and embedded finance portfolios. Responsibilities include monitoring strategy performance, analyzing trends, improving reporting, supporting product launches and portfolio migrations, designing decisioning strategies, and influencing stakeholders through data-driven recommendations. The role requires SQL proficiency, financial services and consumer credit experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.

Lead a team of two analysts delivering portfolio insights on asset quality, customer behavior, vintages, trends, emerging risks, macroeconomic indicators, and bureau data. Shape portfolio monitoring and management information, ensure analytical quality and controls, and partner with Credit Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Operations leaders to translate complex analysis into recommendations that guide commercial and risk decisions.
