Use customer insights, behavioural data, and research to improve experiences. Collaborate with product, development, analytics, and business stakeholders across brands and partners, while supporting onboarding, acquisition, and strategic growth initiatives.

Leads NewDay’s Technology Operations function, overseeing service delivery, application support, workplace technology, service management, service desks, and major incident response. The role drives resilient, reliable, data-informed technology services, improves operational performance and customer experience, manages strategic partners, and develops high-performing teams. It also requires executive stakeholder engagement and collaboration across Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Change teams.
