Leads global fundraising strategy and development operations for a distributed nonprofit team. Responsibilities include prioritizing the funding pipeline, coordinating multi-country proposals, managing team capacity and performance, standardizing processes and collateral, overseeing CRM data quality, and producing leadership dashboards and reports. The role translates funder and field intelligence into strategy, supports country and program teams, and partners with senior leadership to improve fundraising effectiveness.

Leads New Energy Nexus’s global monitoring, evaluation, and learning function, including theory of change, impact frameworks, indicators, databases, reporting, and organizational learning. Provides technical guidance and capacity building to global chapters and programs, supports fundraising with impact evidence, and partners with Communications and leadership. Oversees knowledge management, data governance, privacy, AI-enabled tools, and impact reporting while ensuring data informs strategy, program improvement, and external communications.
