Own enterprise customer deployments from architecture through go-live and steady-state operation. Integrate the platform with identity, data, engineering systems, infrastructure, and model-serving layers across cloud, on-premises, air-gapped, GPU, and HPC environments. Partner with customer IT and security teams, troubleshoot complex incidents, create runbooks and post-mortems, and provide deployment feedback to Product. Travel within Europe and support customer operating hours.

Chief Marketing Officer responsible for defining Neural Concept’s AI for Engineering category, positioning, product narrative, global growth strategy, pipeline generation, and marketing operating model. Leads an international specialist team across product marketing, brand, communications, digital, operations, creative, partner, and field marketing. Owns enterprise go-to-market strategy, ABM, demand generation, category creation, marketing budget, organizational design, executive alignment, and market engagement across the US and Europe.

The Technical Account Manager will drive customer success, manage accounts, deliver onboarding and demos, and align engineering solutions with customer needs.
