The intern will assist with capital formation and support sales processes, including client relationship management and investment idea production.

Provide legal support for investment management and regulatory matters across EMEALA. Draft and negotiate IMAs, distribution and commercial agreements, side letters, and data/privacy documents. Advise on financial services regulations and AI/data protection issues, maintain templates and contract databases, liaise with external counsel, and work with business teams to resolve legal issues.

The Senior HCM Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor, executing performance management, advising on compensation, and overseeing employee relations within the HCM team, while managing projects and providing mentorship to junior members.
