Join the Specialty Finance & Fintech Investment Team to build and underwrite short-duration credit portfolios. Responsibilities include developing cash-flow credit models, underwriting whole loans and credit facilities, pricing and modeling securitizations (Intex or Python/Excel), conducting due diligence on originators, and preparing investor presentations.

Provide EMEA legal and investment management support with a focus on ESG regulation. Advise on implementation of ESG laws, update internal compliance, draft and negotiate distribution and fund documentation, respond to RFP/marketing legal queries, and liaise with internal teams and outside counsel to support commercial and operational matters.

The EMEA Resilience Lead manages operational resilience policies, enhances resilience programs, conducts scenario testing, oversees Business Continuity planning, and coordinates with IT Risk and information security teams.
