Provide legal support for investment management and regulatory matters across EMEALA. Draft and negotiate IMAs, distribution and commercial agreements, side letters, and data/privacy documents. Advise on financial services regulations and AI/data protection issues, maintain templates and contract databases, liaise with external counsel, and work with business teams to resolve legal issues.

Provide administrative support to the EMEA General Counsel, Compliance Officer, and legal/compliance teams including diary and travel coordination, document amendments, meeting agendas and minutes, expense and invoice processing, report collation, telephone coverage, and general office tasks while handling confidential information.

Join the Specialty Finance & Fintech Investment Team to build and underwrite short-duration credit portfolios. Responsibilities include developing cash-flow credit models, underwriting whole loans and credit facilities, pricing and modeling securitizations (Intex or Python/Excel), conducting due diligence on originators, and preparing investor presentations.
