Manages traffic management projects across the South East, coordinating labour, materials, plant, subcontractors and site teams. Ensures works meet safety, quality, environmental, contractual, schedule and budget requirements. Responsibilities include risk assessment, method statement preparation, audits, inspections, documentation control, client and stakeholder liaison, progress meetings, team leadership, compliance monitoring and commercial performance. The role also supports installations and drives client engagement and business growth.

Oversee traffic management schemes, including road and lane closures, diversions, convoy working, and traffic signals. Conduct risk assessments, method statements, vehicle checks, site compliance inspections, and public guidance while maintaining high health and safety standards. Work flexibly across day, night, and weekend shifts, follow Chapter 8 and Red Book requirements, report hazards, and identify operational improvements.

Oversee traffic management schemes for road and infrastructure projects, including road and lane closures, diversions, traffic signals, convoy working, and stop/go systems. Conduct risk assessments, maintain compliance with Chapter 8, the Red Book, and ARTSM guidance, complete vehicle checks, assist the public, identify unsafe conditions, and promote safe working practices. The role requires LANTRA accreditation, a UK driving licence, flexibility for day, night, and weekend work, and the ability to interpret CAD drawings.
