Work as a Business Analyst on Defence projects: elicit, document and validate complex requirements; collaborate with PMs, BAs, engineers and architects; run workshops on client site; produce high-quality analysis and documentation using Confluence and JIRA; support public sector project delivery.

Designs and documents software and solution architectures, translates business needs into technical requirements, develops proofs of concept, defines roadmaps and observability requirements, and supports architecture governance and design reviews. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, engineers, third parties, and suppliers to deliver scalable distributed systems aligned with industry best practices.

Own product strategies, visions, roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, user stories, feedback strategies, benefits realization, and service performance for complex digital products. Build client and stakeholder relationships, coordinate suppliers, support business development, and deliver user-focused solutions across UK public-sector and commercial organizations. Mentor team members and contribute to Netcompany’s Product and User Centred Design practice.
