Lead end-to-end interaction design for UK public sector digital services to GDS standards. Create personas, service maps, wireframes and rapid prototypes; run design sprints and workshops; collaborate with researchers and developers; ensure accessibility, security, version control and hosting best practices; mentor other designers.

Lead client discovery and problem-shaping engagements, translate organisational challenges into transformation opportunities, develop business cases and roadmaps, support presales and early delivery, build pipeline, and contribute to advisory practice development across platforms, data, AI and digital services.

Develop and deliver full-stack Java solutions across the software lifecycle: design, development, integrations, workflow planning, QA, process optimization, and client-focused delivery. Collaborate in agile teams, perform hands-on coding, and travel to client sites across the UK as required.
