Leads technical teams and defines architecture, technical strategy, coding standards, and quality assurance across multiple software services. Delivers full software lifecycles from analysis and design through implementation and testing, while mentoring developers and managing technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, Terraform, UK Government digital service delivery, GDS/NHS Service Standards, user-centred design, accessibility, and collaborative leadership. Travel to UK client sites may be required under a hybrid working model.

Develop and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM, CSM, portals, workflows, catalog, integrations, and ITOM. Build reusable components with minimal customization, develop REST and SOAP integrations, troubleshoot platform issues, and collaborate with architects on design standards. The role requires independent delivery, advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, strong CMDB and data-structure knowledge, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Build and maintain DevOps tooling, cloud infrastructure, containerized platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions. Support application platforms within a multidisciplinary team, translate business requirements into technical implementations, improve reliability and delivery efficiency, and participate in an on-call rotation. The role requires AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Helm, Kafka, GitOps, database management, and collaboration with Java development teams.
