Administer and optimize ServiceNow platforms across development, testing, and production environments. Configure modules, workflows, portals, catalogs, and integrations while maintaining CMDB and data integrity. Manage upgrades, patches, performance, security, access controls, and platform governance. Troubleshoot issues, support users and technical teams, document procedures, and drive continuous improvement using scalable, maintainable, out-of-the-box solutions.

Lead Data and AI pre-sales activities, translating client needs into commercially viable solutions. Support opportunity qualification, workshops, bids, proposals, solution design, and account strategy while collaborating with sales teams and technology partners. Present solutions to technical and executive audiences, develop propositions and thought leadership, monitor market trends, and share customer insights. Travel to client sites and industry events as required.

Deliver end-to-end interaction design for high-profile digital products and services, particularly UK public-sector projects. Create personas, service maps, wireframes, concepts, and prototypes; lead design workshops and sprints; collaborate with researchers, developers, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary agile teams; test designs with users; and mentor other designers. The role requires user-centred design expertise, GDS standards and Service Standard Assessment experience, accessibility and security awareness, and familiarity with design and prototyping tools.
