Lead presales engagements with enterprise customers by understanding requirements, designing Neo4j-based solution architectures, building prototypes, conducting demonstrations and workshops, and guiding proof-of-value initiatives. Partner with account executives and technical stakeholders to communicate business value, ensure integration into customer environments, and support adoption throughout the customer lifecycle. Apply expertise in databases, NoSQL, programming, graph technologies, AI architectures, and complex enterprise IT environments.

Build and improve developer experience for Neo4j’s Aura cloud platform. Support engineering teams with onboarding, documentation, workflows, tooling, and developer-facing services. Maintain AI agent skills and instructions, evaluate AI-assisted development workflows, and collaborate with delivery and platform teams. The role requires Golang, Kubernetes and container literacy, CI/CD and Git experience, strong technical writing, and an interest in solving developer pain points.

Designs, builds, and maintains Neo4j connectors across streaming, data processing, cloud data warehouse, and on-premises technologies. Develops multi-threaded systems, data ingestion APIs, and backend components, collaborates on core database features, and occasionally creates connector frontends. The role involves technologies including Kafka, Spark, Beam, Kubernetes, and cloud data platforms.
