Lead customer-facing Neo4j implementations from inception through production rollout. Provide technical expertise, solution architecture, prototypes, deployment guidance, training, and technical proposals. Apply database, data modeling, Java, API, messaging, middleware, analytics, Agile, and DevOps experience to solve complex customer data problems. Mentor small groups and collaborate independently or cross-functionally. The role requires consultative experience, a bachelor’s degree, and travel up to 50% of the time.

Develop and guide the front-end architecture for Neo4j’s Virtual Graph product using React, while contributing across backend services, cloud infrastructure, database connectivity, and query systems. Build complex data-rich applications that translate Cypher queries into SQL for cloud data platforms. Collaborate across the full stack, mentor engineers, and help scale maintainable software toward general availability.

Generate qualified sales opportunities across EMEA by contacting, educating, and qualifying inbound and outbound leads. Collaborate with Account Executives, engage enterprise prospects through phone, email, webinars, and events, identify business challenges, communicate Neo4j solutions, and secure next steps. Maintain accurate CRM data, learn relevant technical concepts, deliver a positive prospect experience, and meet or exceed activity and qualified-opportunity KPIs.
