Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations across HR, finance, payroll, absence, recruiting, and third-party systems. Develop RaaS reports and Workday Extend applications, manage integration security, validate data migrations, monitor integration health, document mappings and processes, and partner with HR, Finance, IT, and module teams to gather requirements and resolve recurring issues.

Lead the UK people strategy for clinical operations while partnering with global People teams. Own workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, leadership coaching, employee relations, and change adoption across clinics. Use people data and AI to guide staffing and organizational decisions, strengthen leadership capability, and identify workforce risks early. Support UK clinical leaders and frontline managers, remain embedded in clinics, and ensure global people initiatives reflect local operational realities.

Lead the design, scaling, and reliability of Neko Health's core infrastructure. Build a secure Azure platform, improve deployment cycles, and manage a high-performance team.
