Owns leadership development and culture strategy at Neko. The role designs leadership programs, coaching, mentorship, leadership scans, culture frameworks, and reusable culture products across markets and clinics. It also coaches senior leaders, challenges ELT members, manages the leadership and culture roadmap, and directs AI-enabled leadership and culture tools. Success requires hands-on AI building experience, executive presence, senior-leader coaching ability, and experience translating culture principles into measurable practices.

Provides corporate IT support in London, specializing in network and security operations. Owns network incidents, vendor relationships, clinic-room technology readiness, site deployments, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, documentation, and automation. Supports new clinic openings, improves operational processes, coordinates AV partners, and collaborates with global teams. Travel to US sites is required for onsite deployment activities.

Recruit business and G&A talent across People, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Design, Communications, Strategy, and Operations in the US and Europe. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, advising senior leaders on hiring strategy and organizational needs, delivering a strong candidate experience, and using pipeline data to improve recruiting outcomes.
