Reconcile Quinyx scheduling and timesheet data against payroll, prepare variable-hours pay data (overtime, uplifts, premiums), maintain shift patterns and pay rules, resolve payroll queries with frontline staff and managers, and propose process improvements over a six-month FTC.

Lead regulatory strategy and hands-on regulatory engineering for AI/ML-powered SaMD across EU MDR, FDA, and UK MDR. Lead the design, scaling, and reliability of Neko Health's core infrastructure. Build a secure Azure platform, improve deployment cycles, and manage a high-performance team.
