Owns the operational lifecycle of LLM, GenAI, and RAG systems, including deployment, monitoring, evaluation, observability, versioning, cost optimization, and production reliability. Design and run Neko's first UK B2B sales strategy, build targeted prospect lists, run outreach and experiments, close initial employer deals (2–4), develop pipeline, assess integrations with benefits platforms, coordinate with marketing and product, and produce a repeatable city activation B2B playbook to scale into London.

Partner with senior leaders to hire G&A and business function talent across Europe and the US. Source proactively, advise on role design and hiring priorities, deliver excellent candidate experience, and use data to track pipeline performance and improve hiring outcomes.

Lead security engineering efforts across the product lifecycle by conducting security reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability research, code analysis, fuzzing, secure design, and cloud infrastructure hardening.
