Lead and scale Nebius' UK&I sales organization, owning regional revenue, pipeline, forecasting, go-to-market strategy, cross-functional alignment, and talent development while coaching account executives and driving enterprise and startup sales of complex AI/cloud solutions.

Provide IP and IT legal support: review and draft license and SaaS agreements, manage IP outsourcing and software licensing, advise on open-source compliance, collaborate with commercial teams on IP terms, and handle trademark and other IP issues.

Serve as a bridge between GTM teams and technical delivery to define, prioritise, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. Lead intake, run discovery workshops, document requirements and acceptance criteria, support Agile delivery, coordinate UAT, improve reporting, automation and data quality, and drive governance and change across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
