Manage and mentor a four-person field marketing team, oversee the Oracle Red Bull Racing partnership, co-manage the international customer advisory board, and establish QBR frameworks, performance scorecards, reporting metrics, and campaign optimization processes across EMEA.

Leads strategic HR business partnering for senior leaders across EMEA and APAC. Advises on organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, employee relations, and regional operations. Partners with the CHRO to improve People function strategy, processes, and operating rigor; manages and coaches HRBP team members; builds scalable global people practices; and coordinates with external legal, employer-of-record, and advisory resources across jurisdictions.
