Owns the end-to-end new product introduction process and strategic cross-functional programs from concept through post-launch review. Builds and governs phase-gate processes, maintains portfolio visibility, chairs launch-readiness reviews, manages risks and external partners, and reports program health to executives and the board. Partners across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to drive accountability, resolve blockers, and deliver initiatives such as market entry, systems migrations, partnerships, and operating-model changes.

Own the UX direction for Neat’s ecommerce website and digital experiences. Establish web UX processes, standards, research practices, and design language; lead UX for product launches and the full ecommerce journey from browsing through checkout. Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs while partnering with marketing, product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders. Improve navigation, content architecture, and cross-platform experiences while building organizational alignment and design quality.

Architect and develop production-grade business systems across Salesforce, NetSuite, and integrated enterprise platforms. Build quoting, subscription, and entitlement engines; create automation pipelines and API integrations; establish architecture, security, documentation, and code-review standards; and translate commercial policies into scalable technical solutions. The role partners with Finance, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and product stakeholders while maintaining system reliability, auditability, observability, and production readiness.
