Lead and manage software engineering teams, oversee technical delivery, resolve blockers, and maintain development, DevOps, testing, and agile best practices. Work directly with clients to translate requirements into technical briefs, make architectural decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, maintainable applications. Provide project updates, mentor engineers, and support effective decision-making across distributed teams.

Design and build scalable applications using Golang while supporting component development, data storage, performance optimization, testing, automation, CI/CD, and cloud deployments. Collaborate with distributed client teams, analyze requirements, contribute to agile delivery, maintain source-control practices, and support technical leaders. The role requires strong communication, code review, and collaborative software development skills.

Lead solution strategy and pre-sales for enterprise AI engagements: define architectures, run discovery workshops, build POCs/reference architectures, align delivery, support deal shaping, and drive AI practice growth across Sales, Marketing and Delivery.
