Leads the global People Operations function, including its operating model, service delivery, systems, data, governance, compliance, and AI-enabled transformation. Partners with senior commercial and functional leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Owns strategic People projects, cross-functional transformation, due diligence readiness, and scalable employee lifecycle operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, deployment architectures, CI/CD pipelines, high-availability systems, monitoring frameworks, and Kubernetes-based applications. Automate infrastructure with Terraform or CloudFormation, apply security best practices, optimize performance and scalability, and collaborate with development teams and clients to improve deployment workflows and deliver projects effectively.

Lead and manage software engineering teams, oversee technical delivery, resolve blockers, and maintain development, DevOps, testing, and agile best practices. Work directly with clients to translate requirements into technical briefs, make architectural decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, maintainable applications. Provide project updates, mentor engineers, and support effective decision-making across distributed teams.
