Manage end-to-end grant administration for the Decarbonising Churches Grant Fund, serving as the main contact for applicants and grantees. Responsibilities include application assessment, offer and rejection processing, grant monitoring, payment claims, due diligence, record maintenance, reporting, budget forecasting, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, case studies, and administrative support for the Net Zero Carbon Programme.

Develops and delivers communications and stakeholder engagement for a national ministry training funding implementation project. Responsibilities include creating communications and engagement strategies, mapping stakeholders, coordinating multichannel communications, drafting materials, delivering presentations and training, gathering feedback, evaluating effectiveness, and building relationships across the Church and external partners.

Provides welcoming front-of-house service for visitors, researchers, and colleagues while supporting reception, enquiries, mail, events, room setup, hospitality, audiovisual equipment, collection retrieval, records, stocktaking, and operational administration. The role requires regular on-site work, evening and Saturday shifts, manual handling, and occasional work at height.
