Lead a new Colleague Technology Security team within the CISO organization. Responsibilities include securing colleague identity capabilities, managing local AI access, controlling software, SaaS and browser plugins, enhancing malware and data protection, supporting general systems administration, and collaborating with technology and security teams. The role also involves leading a four-person team, managing competing priorities, and developing team members.

Lead end-to-end executive reporting for economic crime, translating complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership and regulators. Coordinate stakeholders, validate and consolidate information, tailor reports to different audiences, and ensure accuracy, quality, tone, structure, and timely delivery. Establish editorial standards, templates, and style guides while coaching contributors on effective report writing. The role requires strong economic crime knowledge, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Manage electronic and voice spot FX pricing, risk, liquidity, and profitability. Review data to optimize pricing and hedging parameters, collaborate with quant, technology, sales, risk, and controls teams, support client strategies, resolve technical issues, improve eFX products, and implement regulatory requirements. The role requires extensive eFX trading and book-running experience, strong analytical skills, customer focus, and familiarity with Python and Q.
