Manage NatWest Markets’ incident management framework, coordinating responses to complex incidents and providing governance, guidance, and stakeholder communication. Lead resilience exercises, invocation testing, plan and playbook maintenance, and post-incident improvement activities. The role requires experience with incident management, operational resilience, regulatory expectations, markets trading environments, and investment or wholesale banking operations. It also involves producing management information and engaging senior stakeholders during time-critical situations.

Owns supply chain support, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and tooling initiatives for supplier portfolios. The role develops executive reporting, identifies benefits and risk exposure, maintains process documentation and records, improves data quality, and transitions manual workflows to online tools. It also supports third-party risk management, supplier decisions, ESG initiatives, and automation across internal and external supplier operations.

Support supplier onboarding, third-party oversight, supplier risk and materiality assessments, contract governance, incident reviews, and operational resilience activities. Maintain process documentation and audit trails, identify emerging supplier risks, challenge evidence quality, and guide business and contract owners toward proportionate decisions. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Technology, Information Security, Legal, Risk, and other stakeholders while supporting ESG objectives and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
