Produce management information, collate growth and customer metrics, develop customer growth strategy, deliver operational performance reporting, manage data submissions, and influence senior stakeholders to drive execution and customer acquisition toward the 1M Premier customer goal.

Own and prioritise the digital roadmap and backlog for SEPA, FX and international payments. Drive customer-centred digital journeys, performance management, KPIs, budgets and conduct risk. Collaborate with stakeholders and Scrum/Agile teams to deliver continuous improvements to digital channels and service propositions.
