Originates and delivers venture debt transactions from sourcing through completion. Builds relationships with venture capital, private equity, and debt advisory contacts; evaluates lending opportunities; prepares credit proposals; analyzes financial statements and models; leads negotiations, due diligence, and legal documentation; and manages multiple transactions within risk, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Lead complex payment transformation initiatives using SAP Fioneer Payment Centralisation. Responsibilities include planning, governance, financial and risk management, dependency coordination, stakeholder leadership, supplier management, implementation, and delivery sequencing across BACS, CHAPS, card clearing, and settlement platforms. The role also provides specialist advice, supports strategic payment modernisation, resolves integration challenges, and develops internal capability.

Own demand, capacity, and resource planning across a multi-team website function. The role manages work pipelines, prioritization, resource allocation, forecasting, dependencies, risks, governance, reporting, and dashboards. It partners with Product Owners, delivery teams, technology stakeholders, and business stakeholders to maintain realistic delivery plans, improve operational processes, and support decision-making using Jira, Excel, and Power BI. This is a six-month fixed-term hybrid position.
