Own the lifecycle of retail savings and other financial products, from proposition development and launch through performance monitoring and continuous improvement. Analyze markets, competition, customer insights, and business data to identify opportunities. Lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, improve customer journeys and processes, balance commercial objectives with risk, and ensure fair customer outcomes.

Leads the design and delivery of enterprise-scale GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation platforms. Creates detailed architectures for AI products, RAG systems, vector search, orchestration frameworks, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native services. Establishes engineering standards, governance controls, security guardrails, monitoring, explainability, and Responsible AI practices. Provides technical leadership and mentoring while collaborating with engineering, architecture, product, security, risk, governance, and business stakeholders in a regulated banking environment.

Designs and supports enterprise-scale data and document migration solutions across Customer Operations. Responsibilities include migrating data into Pega and documents into IBM CMOD, building ETL and integration pipelines, developing complex SQL, resolving data quality and reconciliation issues, analyzing metadata and lineage, and supporting cloud-based data platforms. The role requires collaboration with engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to modernize legacy systems and deliver secure, scalable data solutions.
