As a Senior Manager in Customer Vulnerability, you'll define and deliver strategies to improve outcomes for vulnerable customers, manage change initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulations while leading a team and engaging with stakeholders.

Lead development and optimisation of SAS analytical processes as the organisation migrates to SAS Viya. Analyse large datasets to detect fraud trends, rework and modernise legacy SAS code and jobs for performance and scalability, collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into action, and mentor junior team members to share best practices.

Lead and perform internal audit testing with a data-insights focus, using analytics to identify trends, anomalies and control weaknesses. Develop data-led audit methodologies, build tools, upskill colleagues in analytics, perform technical reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and innovation in audit processes.
