Teams at NALA

Own and improve NALA’s analytics transformation layer using dbt and Snowflake. Build governed, tested, documented, and agent-ready data models; manage streaming and batch pipelines; optimize warehouse performance and cost; establish CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and engineering standards; deploy autonomous data agents; and mentor analysts. The role requires strong production experience with dbt, Python, semantic layers, streaming, orchestration, and deployment management.

Own the architecture, design, implementation, and operation of NALA’s wallet and Global Accounts infrastructure. Build scalable virtual account provisioning and customer-facing APIs, support expansion into new markets and stablecoin capabilities, and drive engineering quality across testing, observability, code reviews, and maintainability. Partner with product and stakeholders to define requirements, manage complex delivery, make sound trade-offs for financial systems, and participate in a compensated monthly on-call rotation.

The Infrastructure Engineer will build and enhance cloud infrastructure for NALA, ensuring high availability and security, improving developer experience and incident response, while collaborating with engineering teams on new services and platform improvements.
